Passionate about supporting children and parents

I am a genuine and compassionate psychologist who prioritises children's wellbeing, and recognises the crucial role that parents play in their children's recovery.

I will take the time to get to know you and your child, understanding the context of your challenges in a caring, patient, non-judgemental manner.

I believe in working with professionals in your child's support system, such as their educators, paediatrician, and other specialists, to ensure that your child receives understanding, holistic and collaborative care.

My therapeutic approach involves applying evidence-based practices from a knowledge base of attachment, child development, and neurobiology.

Thoughtful and compassionate support makes the biggest difference

In individual sessions, your child will experience a nurturing and welcoming environment in which to freely express their thoughts and feelings. Together we will build a trusting relationship from which to explore and better understand their challenges, as well as enjoying and delighting in their strengths. I will assist your child to discover healthy ways of thinking and responding that will help them feel happier, more confident and self assured.

In parent sessions, you will have the opportunity to share openly and to receive the understanding and support you need. Together we will explore the crucial role you play in your child's development, and empower you with insights into how you can nurture their growth and wellbeing.

Sessions will be scheduled according to your child's needs and gradually decreased as they make progress. When your child's therapy ends, we will have a final session to celebrate their recovery and discuss maintaining their well-being and stronger relationships moving forward.
