Kids Helpline is a free, confidential, online and phone counselling service for kids, teens and young people, who want to talk about anything, at any time

Lifeline

Lifeline provides a free, 24-hour crisis support service. Volunteer crisis supporters provide suicide prevention services, mental health support and emotional assistance.

The Orange Door

The Orange Door provides help for people experiencing family violence, or who need assistance with the care and wellbeing of children and young people

Headspace

Headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation. They began in 2006, and provide early intervention mental health services to 12-25-year-olds.
